心得
朴民國跟金師傅其實有一朴民國跟金師傅其實在之前就有一面之緣，就是一場公車車禍事件，而當時的朴民國因為怕死而逃離危險的公車，獨留金師傅硬撐著為傷者實施心肺復甦術，也因此被公車上掉下的重物砸傷。這場陰影其實一直留在朴民國的心中，他一直以此感到自卑，因此在這一季中的公車翻覆車禍中，也有很多具有衝擊性的朴民國的內心掙扎。
公車翻覆事件
石壇醫院因為在山區旁邊又有四條國道經過，再加上冬天地板濕滑，最長的外傷事件就是車禍。這次金師傅也在一台為了閃人而轉彎打滑的公車上，整台車像是煉獄一般，哀號連連，鮮血與撞落的公車零件混和在一起。緊急打回醫院的金師傅呼叫徐宇震及車恩彩前往救援。此時朴民國剛好搭車經過，發現金師傅也在那輛公車，瞬間勾起那場多年前造成陰影的車禍，不知道是因為何種心態，朴民國也衝往現場。
有個患者胸部右側被雨傘插入，靜脈腫脹，若是不及時引流將會有生命危險，但是因為被壓在車子的下，因為角度問題必須抬起公車才能插管，而且那位先生已經沒有意識了；另外一位則是雙腳被壓住快意沒有知覺的先生，雖然還有意識，卻因為被擠壓時間過長，若是突然拉起公車，會因為血液突然回流而死亡。面臨兩難的金師傅和朴民國，一邊必須馬上抬起公車，一邊卻不能抬起，朴民國第一想法是救活還有意識且生存機率較大的傷者，但金師傅卻堅持兩個都要救活。
朴民國:現在很明顯沒辦法同時救兩個人，所以得要抉擇，而且這邊的病人還有意識。所以你要冒著不確定的機率，甘願承受危險嗎?
金師傅:所以你要為了不確定的機率，就放棄還活著的另一個人嗎?
朴民國:這樣一來，可能兩個病人都會死。
金師傅:這兩個病人都還活著，而且兩個，都要救活。
又是類似的狀況、雷同的對話，或許朴民國是在每次每次被金師傅堅強如瘋子般的決心慢慢打碎他以為的世界。金師傅之後折衷讓公車抬起50公分，讓車恩彩可以插管，並且用彈性繃帶及輸入生理食鹽水維持雙腿被擠壓那位先生的生命狀態，金師傅遵守承諾，兩個都救活了，朴民國又再次被震驚。其實一樣的問題，朴民國也沒有錯，很多時候我們在面臨兩難時會傾向選擇「風險沒那麼大」的選項，寧願失去兩條生命，那乾脆放棄一條機率較小的，能救回一條命是一條命。
但我們仍得再次佩服金師傅的毅力，零下的寒冬，金師傅自己的手腕也受傷，卻仍堅持要救活每一個還有一口氣的傷者。公車中有一名已足月的孕婦，再到院前就已失去心跳，一邊搶救的同時有進行了剖腹產，嬰兒雖然虛弱卻還是在出生後哭出聲音，雖然微弱卻比當場任何藥品還有用，因為哭聲讓媽媽恢復心跳，哭聲在急診室環繞，也象徵著生命的希望，給這場人間煉獄一線溫暖，告訴我們其實有時候沒有那麼絕望的。
Dr. Park and Mater Kim had met each other before in a bus traffic accident that Dr. Park escaped the dangerous bus but left Master Kim inside using CPR to save someone was dying. While in this season, there was also a bus accident happened at a cold snowy night that Mater Kim had been inside as well. We can see the struggling inside Dr. Park for his shadow of that accident years ago and made him look down himself.
Smashed-up bus
Master Kim was in a bus driving back to Doldam that the traffic condition there always dangerous at night because of four highways near the hospital. The bus smashed-up when the driver tried to dodge a woman running to the center of the road. Being like in the hell, bloods and other staffs mixed together and wailing floating in the air. The bus had become the hell. Master Kim called back to the hospital and asked Seo Woo-jin and Cha Eun-jae come to help. In coincidence, Dr. Park passed by and the accident had recalled his bad memory before. By an unknown emotion, he dashed towards the bus as well.
Inside the bus, there had been two patients in high vital danger. One of them was poke by an umbrella in his lung. If he were not accepted drainage, his vein would swell and drive him to death, but the bus pressed on him and make the drainage more difficult. However, the other man’s legs were pressed by bus for almost a half an hour. If they uplift the bus suddenly, his heart would be pounded by a great amount of bloods and also drive him to death.
They began an argument again. Mater Kim insisted to save both but Dr. Park considered we should catch the chance to save the legs-pressed man who was still alive and awaken. And they should not take the risk to save two men in order to avoid the accident that both of them die. While Master Kim decided to uplift the bus for only 50 centimeter to let Cha Eun-jae drainage the patient. And used flexible bandage in order to slow down the crush syndrome. Accordingly, Master Kim compliance his words that he made both of them survive. The scene also shocked Dr. Park again as the same condition years before and changed his thoughts gradually.
Although most of us might consider Dr. Park a cold blood man who gave up the other patient and left him to die, it was common actually and we could not blame him because we sometimes face some contradictions which we should choose the one which was not the best but the second worse one.
There was a pregnant woman who had lost her breath before arriving the hospital. Seo Woo-jin did the cesarean section and held the new born out of the womb. The infant cried slightly before doctor tried to make and on endo to him. The sound encouraged his mother then the woman had a ROSC again. Thought the sound was slight but it was also liked a beam of light shined in the emergency room that eased the horrible atmosphere of the hell of the car accident. In the end, we admired Mater Kim’s perseverance for saving life from death.
