身為女人,老化應該是排在前幾名中最不想要遇到的,因為引以為傲的肌膚彈性會消失、緊緻的身材會下垂,皺紋更會讓女人焦慮。市面上有很多保養品,宣稱其效果可以鎖住水份或是補充膠原蛋白、撫平皺紋的功效,雖然我還沒用過,因為我的確正處於不需要的年紀,但其實抗老應該可以從小培養。

先說課堂上老師提到的飲食與運動,現代人食用太多加工或高油高鹽食品,才會讓身體狀態變差,所以最根本的抗老應該是多食用原型產品、低GI、高纖維的食物,不是一昧追求低熱量或只偏重某些營養素:運動更不用說,除了讓身體活動增加大卸外,雖然對於減肥沒有很大的效果(因為人體會適應),不過讓腦部維持良好狀態、在工作上也會表現好、表現好就有自信,人家不是說「有自信的女人最美麗」嗎?

老化是每個人的必經之路,但我們可以從小開始,讓自己可以優雅地長大,優雅的老化。

Being a woman, aging is without a doubt one of the most scaring things to me. During the procession of aging, our skin loose elastic, the body shape be kept difficultly and wrinkles make women anxious. There are various kinds of cosmetics that declared the effect that can keep water, refill protein and smooth wrinkles. Though I haven’t reached the age of maintain the skin, I consider defecting aging can start in the young age.

Speaking of defecting aging, professor said the diet and exercise were the most important. The root of defecting aging was keeping away those high oil and high salt food while enhance the ingest of low GI food and high fiber products instead low calories. There is no argument about the exercise though it has little connection with becoming thin, it can improve the activity of brain, so as the work performance, and we have confidence because of the great job performance. It is said that the woman will be the most beautiful when having confidence.

Everyone should face the aging, whereas we can choose the best way to getting old elegantly.
