心得
這一季最重要的就是金師傅受傷的手腕要進行手術，金師傅在技術上無人能敵，也是醫院大家的精神支柱，因為動完手術後有三個禮拜不能進行精密手術，因此放心不下醫院狀況的金師傅，請求朴民國教授可以幫忙照顧需要的患者。這也是讓朴民國教授慢慢找到自己對於當醫生的初心很關鍵的過程，也在後面與都允宛理事長鬥爭時成為金師傅最堅強的伙伴之一。
金師傅的腕燧症候群開刀難度不算很高，但是因為要進行神經修復，精密程度也不容小覷，所以大家都很擔心金師傅，就像徐宇震在金師傅倒下時、呂院長過世時，重新開啟他對於離別的恐懼，有因此下定決心要讓金師傅康復，一位他不想要在面對離別了。而在金師傅進手術室前大家給予滿滿的加油與鼓勵，從這邊就可以明顯的看出金師傅在醫護人員心目中占有多大的位置，也讓我們再度為金師傅對醫術付出的大量的愛與努力感到敬佩，石壇醫院有這麼一位好醫師是所有患者的福氣。
而朴民國教授也在這三周將急診室與手術室管理的非常好，各種外傷處理也駔的很完美，這也讓金師傅發現朴民國其實很擅長做外傷急診的手術，以前留在總院當癌症醫師實在很浪費，更邀請朴民國加入他，讓石壇醫院往外傷中心的目標邁進。朴民國是個很難得的人才，他不只在醫術上有很高的成就，在行政能力上也表現良好，雖然在醫院體系下不得不用一些讓金師傅不齒的政治手段，但朴民國也說服金師傅若想要在這場鬥爭中取得勝利，難免要動用到政治手段，他其實是個很好的人，只是在遇到金師傅之前，有點看不清自己的方向。
人是這樣的，你有多相信他，他的表現就有多好；有多愛惜，他做事就有多仔細；而你有多肯定他，他就會成長多少。
在石壇醫院，金師傅在有意無意間改變了很多人的人生，無論是徐宇震對人生的看法；車恩彩對自己能力的自信程度，甚至是朴民國的心態，金師傅總是相信每個人都是一棵珍貴的寶石，需要經歷各種磨練，打磨出屬於自己的形狀與光芒。最後在送大家金師傅的浪漫長存法則:「即使多數人明知它們存在，卻相信並不存在，在這同時，仍希望某些人能堅守的，那些美好的價值。所謂活下去，就是每天踏上新的道路，不論你是否願意，都會日復一日與迎面而來的現實正面交鋒，雖然無法尋獲每個瞬間的正確答案，不過金師傅總是這麼說:『我們絕不能放棄去探問為甚麼活著、又為何而活，在放棄這種疑問的瞬間，我們的浪漫也終將凋零。』」
希望大家都能在每天用力地活著，用力去享受呼吸的每個瞬間，後不要放棄任何機會面對新的挑戰，因為人會有無限潛力，在沒有抵達終點前，你永遠不知道自己可以多棒。
Master Kim’s hurt wrist was the most important surgery in this season. Not because of its difficulty but worries of every stuff in the hospital to Master Kim. Moreover, Master Kim pleased Dr. Park to help him take care of the hospital in the future three weeks after his surgery because he could not play any sophisticated surgery in the recovery period. The request had made Dr. Park find his original motivation to be a doctor. It also had him become one of Mater Kim’s partners in the fight to chairman Do Yoon-wan.
Although the surgery was not so difficult, Master Kim had had an indispensable role in every stuff’s heart. Furthermore, Dr. Park surprisingly managed emergency room and operating room perfectly in these three weeks. Master Kim had found out that he actually was good at trauma surgery and felt pity to him to be a cancer surgeon before. Whereas Master Kim also invite him participate his team and achieve the goal of assisting Doldam hospital be a trauma and emergency center. Honestly, Dr. Park was a doctor who both had excellent surgery skills and administration ability. The time he accepted Master Kim’s invitation, he also convinced him that it was indeed to use some disgusting politics means if they wanted to win the fight with chairman Do.
Human kind is so simple that how much you trust them, they perform how much perfectly; how much trust you give to them, how much attentively they do anything; how much affirmation you offer to them, they grow up the same amount as your offer.
