我認為這首歌雖然是寫給愛人的，但對於失去的愛人，也可以通用。而且歌詞與歌名皆與心跳有關係，更是可以呼應這本書的內容，讓受捐贈者連著捐贈者的份一起活下去，讓每一次心跳代表著對世界的愛。而失去摯友的人，聽著心跳，想像著每一次撲通撲通，像是好友昔日的聲音一般，歌唱著生命的美好。一個心跳的距離，帶著悲傷的人聽見天堂無憂無慮的聲音。
Though this song was initially written for someone’s lover, I consider the lyrics could also give to the lost lover. While the lyrics and the name have connection to this book. It means that the receptor would live in the world for the donor. And someone who loses lover can listen the heartbeat to imagine their lover is singing songs of the love to the world like their sounds.
Heartbeat away lead the sorrow people hear the carefree sound of heaven.
