努力一定有機會，抱怨沒有用
今天呂大使教了我們很重要也很獨特的一堂課，就是「溝通與介紹」，在外交中，最重要的就是專業的行銷，而行銷包含了介紹自己與國家，並且與他人展開溝通，有溝通後才能開始洽談事情。
大使建議我們可以每天利用10分鐘的時間，用英文介紹自己，而且要採用不同主題，因為我們不知道會在甚麼場合遇到甚麼人，我們要訓練自己在不同地方都能抓住機會介紹自己，並且用適當的話題與人溝通。更要培養不同領域的溝通能力，拓展自己的專業領域，才能有足夠的能力接住每一次行銷自己的機會!
因此大使跟我們分享在駐法的時間，他在每個場合把握機會行銷台灣，因此便有著名的布袋戲演出影片，而在大使即將返國時，法國電台更是有專訪大使，大使更深度介紹了台灣的茶葉文化；而在參與國際組織的運動上，大使也致力於爭取參加世界衛生組織的活動，因為其在法國努力增進台法關係，更讓法國在巴黎設了一個「呂慶龍巷」以此紀念他。以上例子皆可知道呂大使秉持著努力、不抱怨的精神，為台灣外交奉獻。
We must have chance if we make great effort and there is nothing to do with success if you only complain.
In this lecture, ambassador Lu have taught us an important conception, communication and self-introduction. As for the diplomatic, the ability of self-introduction and communication are very indispensable. Because we should introduce ourselves well and we can then start the communication.
The Lu told us that we could practice every aspects of versions of the self-introduction in English 10 minutes every day. Furthermore, broadening the knowledge in various fields is also important as we cannot learn that what kind of people we will met in different places. That is, we should seize every chance we gain in order to introduce and market ourselves.
Moreover, the Lu told us the puppet show, the tea culture and the activity of fighting for the participation of WHO during his time in France. It is clear that the Lu has made his great effort to improve the relationship between Taiwan and France.
